Merge awarded Hopi Tribe Housing Authority Master Plan

Merge Architectural Group, in a teaming effort with Southwest Business Development Consultants, Wadley-Donovan Growthech, Garnet Consulting and Ritoch-Powell,  has been awarded the development of the new Hopi Tribe Housing Authority Master Plan.

The new development in the northern potion of the I-40 corridor neighboring the Twin Arrows area. The new development is contemplating the creation of over 200 living units in different categories to serve and support the development in the region, providing economic development opportunities to the Hopi community.

ShampooInk Set To Open Doors At End of April

ShampooInk will open doors by the end of next month, offering over 3,000 SF of beauty salon with 20 saloon stations. The project will be completed at the hearth of mid-town Phoenix on 7th Street just north of Camleback. The building has been designed around an existing automotive shop building, though an adaptive reuse process to incorporate this building into the neighborhood and soften the urban grid at this area.
